Will you service an air conditioner that another company installed?
Yes. Trane and Lennox are the two lines we put in, and our technicians work on every major brand regardless of who installed it. If the equipment is still inside its manufacturer's warranty, we will tell you what that warranty covers before you pay for anything it would have covered.
Which heating brands do you install and repair?
We install Trane and Lennox, and our technicians repair every major brand, including Carrier, Goodman, Amana, Rheem, Mitsubishi, York, and American Standard. Whoever installed the furnace in your house, we will work on it, and if it is still inside its manufacturer's warranty we will say so before you spend anything.
Do you clean air ducts?
No, and it is not work we would ask you to pay for. Cleaning moves dust around, while the duct problems that change how a house feels are leaks, restrictions, and runs that were never sized right. Sealing a connection or adding a return does something a vacuum cannot.
